- Up to 3 complete tests during trial
- Full result summaries and analysis
- Automatic upgrade to full subscription at €9.99
How It Works:
- 1. Pay €0.50 to start your 24-hour trial
- 2. Complete up to 3 tests with full access
- 3. If you complete 3 tests or attempt to download a certificate or report, your subscription activates immediately at €9.99
- 4. Otherwise, after 24 hours, your subscription starts at €9.99
Important: Automatic Subscription Activation
Trial Termination Triggers: Your trial will end early and your full subscription (€9.99) will be charged immediately if:
- • You complete 3 tests and attempt to start a 4th test
- • You attempt to download any certificate or report
- • The 24-hour trial period expires
Once your trial ends (either early or after 24 hours), you will be charged €9.99 and receive unlimited access to all tests and features.
Trial Eligibility & Rules
Eligibility: Trial access is available to new users who have not previously subscribed to our platform. Each person is entitled to one trial per lifetime.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial to avoid the monthly charge. However, the initial €0.50 trial fee is non-refundable.
Payment Method: A valid payment method (credit/debit card) is required to start the trial. Your card will be charged €0.50 immediately and €9.99/month when the trial ends.

Important Billing Information
Trial Payment: When you start the trial, we charge €0.50 immediately and create a subscription that will charge €9.99/month after the trial period ends.
Currency: All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-EUR cards.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at €9.99 at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment Security: All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your complete payment information.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days. After that, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Early Subscription Activation: If you exhaust your 3 trial tests or attempt to download a certificate or report, your subscription will activate immediately and you will be charged €9.99 right away instead of waiting for the trial period to end.

Cancellation Effects
Important Cancellation Notes
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time, and your previous test history will be restored.
• Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of subscription periods.
• If you cancel during the 24-hour trial period before it ends, you will avoid the €9.99/month charge. However, the €0.50 trial fee is non-refundable.
• If your subscription was activated early (because you completed 3 tests or downloaded a certificate or report), you have already been charged €9.99 for the month and cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing period.
Cancellations and Refunds
Trial Subscription
The €0.50 paid for the trial subscription is non-refundable, as its primary purpose has always been simply to give users a sample of the Service. Users are encouraged to make the most of the trial to evaluate the value and benefits of the Service during the 24-hour period provided.
Premium Subscription
Cancellation
Users can cancel their premium subscription at any time through their account settings. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal.
Refund Policy
Ongoing billing cycles remain non-refundable. Refunds can only be considered in case of billing errors, technical issues, or other exceptional cases, subject to review by our customer support team.
How to Request a Refund
Exceptional refund requests should be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name
- A clear subject line
- The email associated with your account
- A detailed explanation of the issue
If any of these details are missing or if the message contains inaccurate or incomplete information, we may be unable to complete your request.
We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, pricing, and policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on our website.
Data Access & Account Management
Data Retention
Active Accounts: All test results and account data are stored permanently while your account is active.
Cancelled Subscriptions: Data remains accessible for 12 months after cancellation, then archived.
Account Deletion: Upon request, we can permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Data Export
Test Results: Download your test results as PDF reports anytime from your dashboard.
Account Data: Request a complete data export including all test history and account information.
Certificates: Generated certificates remain downloadable permanently, even after subscription ends.
Privacy & Security
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
• We never share your personal test results with third parties without explicit consent.
• You have full control over your data and can request modifications or deletion at any time.
• Our platform complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
