By accessing and using our psychological testing platform and services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

We provide online psychological assessments and cognitive testing services, including but not limited to:

IQ (Intelligence Quotient) tests and assessments
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality assessments
ADHD screening and evaluation tools
English proficiency and language assessments
Aptitude and cognitive ability tests
Creativity and innovation assessments
Digital certificates and result reports

3. User Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with its terms.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscription Types

Subscription Products

We offer multiple recurring products, including the main assessments membership, a separate horoscope membership, and separate SkillPulse monthly or yearly subscriptions.

Individual Purchases

One-time payments for specific test results, certificates, or premium features.

5.2 Payment Terms

Recurring subscriptions and trial-based renewals are processed through Stripe. Eligible one-time purchases may be processed through Stripe or PayPal depending on the checkout flow presented to you.
Billing amounts depend on the product, plan, market, and currency shown at checkout. Localized prices and applicable taxes may vary by country or payment provider.
Not every product uses the same billing cycle: some memberships renew monthly, while certain SkillPulse offers may renew yearly.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5.3 Trial Subscription

Where offered for the assessments membership, new users may receive 24-hour trial access with the exact trial charge and renewal amount shown at checkout for their selected market and currency.

Important: After the trial charge, the subscription renews automatically using the price, billing cycle, and currency displayed at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal moment described there.

Some products may not include a trial at all

You can cancel during an eligible trial period to prevent future renewal charges, but any trial fee already charged is non-refundable unless required by law or covered by our refund exceptions. Trial access may be limited to one per person and may not be combinable with other offers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Trial Subscription

Any fee paid for a trial offer is generally non-refundable because its purpose is to provide limited access to evaluate the service, except where required by law or where a billing error or technical issue qualifies for review.

6.2 Premium Subscription

Cancellation:

Users can cancel their premium subscription at any time through their account settings. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal.

Refund Policy:

Ongoing billing cycles remain non-refundable. Refunds can only be considered in case of billing errors, technical issues, or other exceptional cases, subject to review by our customer support team.

How to Request a Refund

Exceptional refund requests should be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected] with your name, a clear subject line, using the email associated with your account, and a detailed explanation of the issue. If any of these details are missing or if the message contains inaccurate or incomplete information, we may be unable to complete your request.

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, pricing, and policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on our website.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

Test questions, algorithms, and scoring methodologies
Website design, graphics, and user interface
Software, code, and technical implementations
Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
Educational content and explanatory materials

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities:

Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or circumvent test security measures
Sharing, distributing, or selling test questions or answer keys
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or restrictions
Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers

9. Test Limitations and Disclaimers

Important Notice:

Our online psychological tests provide indicative results for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or clinical assessments.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Test results are estimates based on your responses and may vary
Results should not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions
Professional consultation is recommended for serious concerns
We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of results
Individual performance may be affected by various factors

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
