By accessing and using our psychological testing platform and services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We provide online psychological assessments and cognitive testing services, including but not limited to:

IQ (Intelligence Quotient) tests and assessments
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality assessments
ADHD screening and evaluation tools
English proficiency and language assessments
Aptitude and cognitive ability tests

3. User Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Individual Purchases

One-time payments for specific test results, certificates, or premium features.

5.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider
Subscription fees are billed monthly at €9.99 after trial period
Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5.3 Trial Subscription

New users can access a 24-hour trial subscription for €0.50, which includes up to 3 complete tests with full access to results and analysis.

Important: After the €0.50 trial charge, a subscription is created that will automatically charge €9.99/month when the trial period ends (24 hours) OR when you:

Complete 3 tests and attempt to start a 4th test
Attempt to download any certificate or report

You can cancel your subscription during the trial period to avoid the monthly charge, but the €0.50 trial fee is non-refundable. Trial access is limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Trial Subscription

The €0.50 paid for the trial subscription is non-refundable, as its primary purpose has always been simply to give users a sample of the Service. Users are encouraged to make the most of the trial to evaluate the value and benefits of the Service during the 24-hour period provided.

6.2 Premium Subscription

Cancellation:

Users can cancel their premium subscription at any time through their account settings. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal.

Refund Policy:

Ongoing billing cycles remain non-refundable. Refunds can only be considered in case of billing errors, technical issues, or other exceptional cases, subject to review by our customer support team.

How to Request a Refund

Exceptional refund requests should be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected] with your name, a clear subject line, using the email associated with your account, and a detailed explanation of the issue. If any of these details are missing or if the message contains inaccurate or incomplete information, we may be unable to complete your request.

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, pricing, and policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on our website.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

Software, code, and technical implementations

Sharing, distributing, or selling test questions or answer keys
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or restrictions
Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers

9. Test Limitations and Disclaimers

Our online psychological tests provide indicative results for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or clinical assessments.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Test results are estimates based on your responses and may vary
Results should not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions
Professional consultation is recommended for serious concerns
We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of results
Individual performance may be affected by various factors

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 11. Limitation of Liability
