Can I retake tests?

Can I pay for individual tests?

Yes! You can purchase individual test results without a subscription. This is perfect if you only need one specific assessment. Premium subscriptions offer better value for multiple tests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, and no future charges will occur.

Do you offer refunds?

The trial fee (€0.50) is non-refundable as it provides a sample of our service. For premium subscriptions, ongoing billing cycles are non-refundable. How detailed are the test results?

Can I get official certificates?

Yes! Premium users can generate professional certificates for their test results. These include official seals, verification codes, and can be used for personal or professional purposes.

What is the Premium Report?

The Premium Report is a comprehensive multi-page PDF document that provides in-depth analysis of your test results. It includes detailed score breakdowns by category, strengths and areas for improvement, personalized recommendations, population comparison charts, and your progress history. Premium Reports are available for all test types and are included with your subscription.

What is the difference between Certificate and Premium Report?

The Certificate is a single-page document that displays your score and can be used for verification purposes. The Premium Report is a detailed multi-page analysis (4-6 pages) with comprehensive insights, cognitive breakdown, recommendations, and visual charts. Both are included with premium access.

How long are results stored?

Your test results are stored permanently in your account. You can access them anytime, download reports, and track your progress over multiple test sessions.

Can I share my results?

Yes! You can share results via social media, email, or generate shareable links. You have full control over what information is shared and with whom.

What if I disagree with my results?

Test results reflect your performance on that specific day and conditions. Factors like fatigue, stress, or distractions can affect scores. You can retake tests after some time for comparison.
